Our top 3 tips for moving when you are time poor

1. Set up your digital application to be bulletproof (see our tips here), send over an application to us and then let us know your move in date and timeframe flexibility so we can keep you in mind for upcoming properties.
2. If you are accepted for one of our properties we recommend going to hipages and submitting a job quote for removalists. They will provide 3 quotes for you to choose from… you can also add in options like getting boxes delivered or having people pack for you.
3. Finalising your lease and sign up with SPG Real Estate… You will be pleased to know we offer a Digital Sign up process. What this looks like:
   • Your Lease is completed  with electronic signatures via Docusign,
   • The Keys are left at the property in a secure lock box
   • Your ingoing report is done via an online program too.
